Appointlet x Google Calendar

What is Google Calendar: Google calendar is a free web application that comes for free with the Gmail suite. It includes some core time management and scheduling features.

How does it work: Appointlet seamlessly integrates with your Google Calendar, adding an event whenever a new booking is created. We check for conflicts in your availability and block busy times in Appointlet to prevent double bookings.

Once you have Google Calendar connected, an event will be created with each booking you receive. You have the choice of adding attendees directly to the calendar event. Attendees receive a copy of that calendar event with these same details, so that both parties are on the same page.

When a meeting is cancelled or rescheduled, Appointlet will automatically move or delete the Google Calendar event. This ensures that your calendar view is an accurate reflection of your actual meetings.
